Strap on your vest and Run as fast as you can and put your "GOLD” marker on the Velcro centre post. See who can get there "Gold" as far away as possible and who is the strongest Cowboy or Cowgirl of the Wild West. But be careful as your vest it attached to the bungee cord the further you go the faster you will spring backwards.
